Please find our latest COVID-19 update (5th Jan 2021) here »
As we head back into lockdown for the third time, we want to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains paramount.
To ease concerns about close contact during sign-up, we have made it possible to complete paperwork online so that time spent in our reception area is minimised. Whilst you will still need to collect the key fob and any locks from us, face masks will be worn and a two-metre distance minimum kept at all times.
We remain open for use by essential services, businesses that are able to remain open, and individuals who are permitted to travel under current government advice.
Please ensure that a minimum of two metres distance is kept between yourself and others whilst on site, and remember to wear your face mask when entering any buildings.
Please do not visit the site if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
As per government guidance, storage and distribution services are among the businesses able to remain open during lockdown.
Being a mostly outdoor storage facility with wide aisles between units, customers are able to keep a safe distance from others easily, lowering the risk of transmission. Access to the site is by key fob, meaning customers do not need to touch any keypads directly, further helping to reduce the spread of infection. Surfaces that visitors do come into contact with, e.g. door handles, are disinfected at regular intervals.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for coronavirus, please do not visit the site for any reason, even if you are on your own.
If you have any concerns or queries, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help.
Thank you for helping us to keep our customers and staff safe during this time. We hope that you stay safe and well, take care all.
